Good morning out there. I started this lovely Tuesday with a healthy breakfast containing:
– 60g oats
– 40g vanilla protein powder
– handful of blueberries
– splash of caramel from bodylab (zero carbs).
This is by far one of my favourite meals, cause it tastes so much like a vanilla dessert!
No I’ll start packing and riding. Will post some photos of aaaaaall the gear I’ll bring for competition later.
