This is just so delicious!!
Overnight oats with fresh fruit. It’s so damn easy and tastes amazing.
Smash one banana in the ball you want to eat the oats and add the rest:
– 30g oats
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1 teaspoon cinamon
– 15g vanilla protein powder OR a teaspoon vanilla powder
– 1.5dl low fat milk
Cover the ball with foil and let it rest in the fridge overnight. Before eating it the next morning, simply just give it a good stir and add fresh fruit.
