Cassidy really wants to work hard again, and I can’t wait to start out with our first training session on Tuesday with Rune!
It’s very important with these off-periods for Cassidy, to keep him healthy between the big competitions. When being at a big competition we ask for more power and it is for sure hard work for Cassidy and his body. But to keep him healthy I stick to these low-intensity weeks where we’re mostly having fun outside and if we train it’s low intensity trainings 🙂
Next week we’re starting our training again – not high intensity, but just normal training towards the next competition in two weeks!
